Elia Together 2017: Event wrap-up!

For the second year running, Arancho Doc’s Vendor Management Team was present at this year’s edition of Elia Together Exhibition  held in Berlin from 23 to 24 February 2017.

Together was created by Elia for freelance translators and language companies to come together and foster and develop mutually beneficial and positive working relationships.

Event Wrap-up

This year, the Arancho Doc Vendor Management Team represented by myself and Francesca Arca attended the event together with 388 participants from 38 countries.

The event was a great opportunity to strengthen our relationships with current partners and network with new talented professionals looking to expand their business connections and broaden their expertise.

The central theme of the conference sessions was “Communicating for Success”, highlighting the importance of communication in business relationships between freelance translators and language service companies in order to achieve mutual benefits and common success.

The programme was divided into three tracks : Relationships, Technology and Processes. This last track was moderated by Danilo Monaco, Arancho Doc CEO and member of the ELIA Programme Committee. Our CSO, Roberto Ganzerli, also attended Together as an Elia Board Member.

In addition to the stimuating programme of presentations, the event was further enriched by the Together Fair.

Arancho Doc was among the 22 language service companies exhibiting at the Fair. In a couple of hours our booth was visited by more than 100 peers and language professionals with whom we shared our experiences and developed new potential business relationships.

Moreover, our visitors had the chance to ask questions and get to know more about professional opportunities for freelancers and the benefits of working with one of the top providers of translation services in Europe.

We really enjoyed this successful experience and look forward to the next Elia Together event next year!
